(AP) — A small earthquake has rattled Los Angeles International Airport, but there are no immediate reports of damage or injuries.The U.S. Geological Survey said in a preliminary report that the magnitude-3.2 temblor struck Monday at 9:14 p.m. It was centered under the airport runways.City Fire spokesman Devin Gales said no damage has been reported and there has been no increase in emergency calls. (CNN) -- The average temperature in Bloomington, Minnesota, in January was 6.4 degrees Fahrenheit. But that didn't stop Adam Frey from grilling outdoors and burning through 80 pounds of charcoal during the month.

KXLY-TV reported that 28-year-old Summer Nelson, of Post Falls, was charged Monday with four counts of lewd conduct with a child.

Court records say Nelson was a friend of the boy's mother. Police say the abuse was reported in December 2008, after the boy's mother grew suspicious of Nelson's attention Nelson toward the boy.

Investigators say Nelson told the boy's siblings that she was in love with their brother. Detectives say Nelson and the boy had at least four sexual encounters.

Nelson remains held in Kootenai County Jail on $50,000 bond. It was not immediately known whether she had a lawyer.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) Tennessee's state medical examiner says investigators have been hesitant to conclude that Steve McNair's girlfriend killed the NFL star and herself because she didn't appear to have a motive.

Bruce Levy said Tuesday that murder-suicide is the most likely scenario and it's unlikely the crime scene was staged by a third party.

But investigators have been cautious about exploring every possibility. In murder-suicides, friends and family usually have seen problems. But 20-year-old Sahel Kazemi's family has said she was very happy.

A ruling is expected in the next few days.

Police quickly labeled McNair's death a homicide. Investigators say that Kazemi bought the handgun found under her body less than two days before the shooting. Kazemi and McNair were found dead Saturday.

Houston Texas -A man who sped away from police during a traffic stop jumped to his death some 40 feet off an exit ramp in north Houston on Sunday morning.The man was not identified, except that he is believed to have been under 30 and was driving a white BMW. A Harris County Precinct 4 deputy patrolling Sam Houston Parkway East stopped the man for speeding around 10 a.m. after he entered the tollway at Ella, said Pct. 4 Chief Mark Herman. “He pulled him over and walked over to the vehicle, and the guy put it in gear and sped off.”He said the deputy pursued the driver on to the southbound exit ramp to Interstate 45 South, and “in the distance ahead (the deputy) saw a puff of smoke.”The vehicle had struck the concrete retaining wall, Herman said.“As the deputy was pulling up, he saw the suspect get out of his car and jump over the retaining wall,” Herman said. “He basically fell to his death.”Pct. 4 Cpt. WASHINGTON (AP) -- Robert S. McNamara, the cerebral secretary of defense who was vilified for prosecuting America's most controversial war and then devoted himself to helping the world's poorest nations, died Monday. He was 93.

McNamara died at 5:30 a.m. at his home, his wife Diana told The Associated Press. She said he had been in failing health for some time.

For all his healing efforts, McNamara was fundamentally associated with the Vietnam War, "McNamara's war," the country's most disastrous foreign venture, the only American war to end in abject withdrawal rather than victory.Watch video below:

Man Driver Died Disney World Monorail Crash

A Disney World monorail driver was killed after colliding with another train at the Orlando, Fla., park, local TV station Web site CFNews13.com reported.

The driver  died early Sunday when he rear-ended another train at about 2 a.m. EDT.

The operator of the other monorail train was taken to the hospital, but was uninjured, according to a statement from the Reedy Creek Fire Department.

The first driver, who was not identified, had to be cut out of his cab and was pronounced dead at the scene, CFNews13.com reported.

Two employees and five guests on both trains were not injured.

Witnesses said the crash took place on the EPCOT track near the Disney World parking lot as people were leaving the park following a Fourth of July fireworks show.

"Today, we mourn the loss of our fellow cast member. Our hearts go out to his family and to those who have lost a friend and co-worker," Mike Griffin, Disney World's vice president of public affairs, said in a statement.

"The safety of our guests and cast members is always our top priority. The monorail is out of service as we continue to work closely with law enforcement to determine what happened and the appropriate next steps," Griffin said.

It was the first fatal accident in the Disney World monorail's 38-year history, according to CFNews13.com,.

“Today, we mourn the loss of our fellow cast member. Our hearts go out to his family and those who have lost a friend and coworker. The safety of our guests and cast members is always our top priority. The monorail is out of service and we will continue to work closely with law enforcement to determine what happened and the appropriate next steps.”

Disney’s theme parked reopened as scheduled at 9 a.m. Sunday, but park officials told News 13 the entire monorail system will remain out of service until further notice as investigation and cleanup continues.
Officials with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office told News 13 they are assisting in the crash investigation.
