The Jason Crigler Tragedy Documentary Life. Support. Music.

 Jason Crigler was living in New York but on 2004 he suffered a brain hemorrhage during a concert.

Life. Support. Music.

(CBS)  Jason Crigler's career as a rising musician was changed in an instant when he suffered a brain hemorrhage. His friend, Eric Daniel Metzgar, directed a documentary about Crigler's struggle back into the spotlight: "Life. Support. Music." Both appeared on CBS News' "Up to the Minute" with Michelle Gielan.

The idea for "Life. Support. Music." came from Crigler's family. "His family called and said he was out of the woods and just back at home and they were thinking of writing a book," says Metzgar. "They [also] wanted to explore the idea of doing a film." Metzgar took on the task and began to document Crigler's recovery.

Once he was released from the hospital, Crigler's journey back to his normal life wasn't easy. "It's a constant uphill climb," says Crigler. "Things have gotten a lot better over the years... but I still have the things I work on every day." Crigler was forced to teach himself to play his guitar again. "It was really depressing," says Crigler. "My fingers wouldn't work."

Everything fell into place, though, one night while he was performing. "It just clicked," says Crigler. "Actually, in the film, Eric was actually filming the show in New York where it changed."

"When he got on stage - that gig in particular - he really landed in his element. He was surrounded by friends," says Metzgar. "His sound returned."

Philippine Tv: The F4 Fever is Back!! -Boys Over Flowers -The Koreanovela Phenomenon of 2009 has gone its way in the Philippine television garnering the title of most watched Asiannovela in primetime and has the highest ratings of all the Asianovela's that was brought to the Philippines from other Asian countries.Abs-cbn has indeed brought us the grandest korean series this year.If you can still remember Taiwan's f4 in the series Meteor Garden six years ago? These version will really make you fall in love again.Like what has just happened to my cousins! They went so uberly gaga over the F4 members, especially on the leader Jun Pyo.Looking back, the location of the Meteor Garden Series was in Taiwan and in Barcelona Spain while these new version was shot in magnificent places like New Caledonia and Macau not to mention their home country Korea.

Same as the Taiwan version and the best selling Japanese manga “Hana Yori Dango” (meaning boys are better than girls), the Boys Over Flowers story will center on an average teenage girl of poor origin named Jan Di which will cross paths with the rich and famous group F4 in their school called Shinwa Academy.And as the story struggles Jan Di's life will be both colorful and nightmarish.She sooner finds a complex love struggle with two of the F4 members, Jun Pyo and Ji Hoo.Boys Over Flowers will feature 4 great and popular F4 stars Kim Hyun-Joong, Lee Min-Ho, Kim Joon, Kim Bum and Koo Hye-Sun.

While Watching the Episodes of Boys Over Flowers-

I and my cousins had a Boys Over Flowers Marathon at Youtube.It was english dubbed and all.We had a lot of fun watching.I was deafen because my cousins were screaming the whole time.What is -it has a kilig-packed aura making them giggle like whatever!I found the story moving.I'm really not into Meteor Garden before but it came to me as if the story is predictable.I had so much fun though,watching these fresh new faces on tv makes me hooked with Boys Over Flowers.To tell you, my mom won't allow a day to pass by without watching Boys Over Flowers.And that made me wonder, my Mom's really not in to watching TV shows she says it's a waste of time.But now,she even gets mad if someone will change the channel.

Episode one is totally cool -it makes you crave for more.And that's why we're currently at Episode 11.I so like the episode in which Jun Pyo went to Jan Di's house to sleep,but obviously the main reason is to know Jan Di at close and maybe perhaps to experience how is it like being with the girl of his liking or how is it like living in that kind of environment.There he discovered happiness which was not shown to him by his parents.I was cracking the whole time while he's spending his day with Jan Di's Dad and Bro.He ate fish cakes! take a bath in a public bathroom! and lots more.But the best part was when Jun Pyo and Jan Di first kissed -in the fancy playground filled with dazzling lights and romantic atmosphere!

There's Still Tomorrow (May Bukas Pa Teleserye): Miracle Boy Santino Inspires Every Filipino

I watched the 3 part marathon special of this tv series entitled MAY BUKAS PA.It's main character is a boy named Santino(meaning Little Saint) who was raised by the priests of a place called Bagong Pag-Asa.I'm actually starting to love the compelling twist of fate as the pious boy walks through his pilgrimage.The marathon which obviously started from the very beginning up to the last episode is very perfect this holy season.It enlightens the mind of those who're blindfolded by the plagues of life and teaches "how life would be like with God by your side?".He was even called "Miracle Boy" because he can miraculously restore the health and life of anyone under a curse-like illness.But it was restrained by an order appealed by the court with the masochistic antagonism of the Mayor of Bagong Pag-Asa.Maybe miracles are meant to be on the top of all mind boggling mysteries.Yet no one can explain the biggest "WHY?" everyone still believes it.They simply do! don't they?After several touchy flicks I got stunned in a scenario and it goes like this. . .

The Mayor(Antagonist) started a rally with his townspeople behind, questioning the power Santino has and accusing the priest of something that was allegedly done on their past.There were several throwing of argumentative lines and then Santino picked a stone.And you know what he did to the stone? (You will probably think that he will throw it on the Mayors face, and I sort of think it that way -I would love to see the villain get hurt!) but Santino made me drop my jaw as he showed the stone to the townspeople and said "Sabi ni Bro, kung sino ang walang kasalanan siya ang unang pumukol ng bato".A sudden pause and he continued the heart penetrating, guilt stimulating words from his heart.Then he went closer to the Mayor and handed to him the stone.The Mayor turned red, his hands were shaking then dropped the stone and ran away with guilt over him.Everything was like deafen by serenity and silence as they walk away from the boy who showed them the stone that momentarily opened their senses to understand "WE ARE MERE MORTALS -SO WE ARE ALL SINNERS".Literally, my jaw drop again and I even thought it would hit the floor.His words are captivating ;he is inevitably AWESOME.-He is one of the darnedest.


Now with the might of his words covered by God.No wonder he can totally change the world.You can too! Remember there's always a Santino inside you.

KAMBAL SA UMA REMAKE

I was intrigued by ABS-CBN's upcoming Hapontastic series KAMBAL SA UMA.I definitely love it's theme and would want to see it on a daily basis since it's Summer.As seen at the image above, Melissa Ricks and Shaina Magdayao, respectively, will play the roles of Ella and Vira.And unlike any other twins, they're beyond the usual.See the Trailer below.

And unlike any other post -I suppose.This will be the least informative about the said Serye since I don't feel like searching for more infos and facts!Moreover I don't want to dig into this because again, It's simply BEYOND THE USUAL.

Other than the two young beautiful protagonists, the series also stars Bing Davao, Allan Paule, Nonie Buencamino, Bangs Garcia,Jordan Herrera,Matt Evans , Jason Abalos and and Ms.Rio Locsin who played both Ella and Vira in the movie adaptation before.
